Your purchase

£24.99 GBP once, including VAT where applicable for UK consumers, without mandatory platform fees. International availability depends on supported tax and checkout configuration; the applicable total is shown before payment.

Three independent cloud-career slots, in any mixture of supported career modes. Autosaves, recovery checkpoints and new in-game seasons do not use extra slots. A stored archived career still occupies a slot. Deleting a career frees its slot.

No subscription, renewal, charge per match or season, separate saving charge, or pay-to-win purchases. Future substantial expansions and a separate sequel may be sold separately. Save exports are data, not an offline playable game.

Hosted service

Internet and the Rugby13 hosted service are required. Cloud gameplay is included while the service operates, with a minimum 24-month service commitment from access activation. This is not an expiry or renewal date.

For a planned permanent closure we will give at least 90 days’ notice, stop new purchases, provide authenticated career-data export and preserve account/support access during notice. If closure prevents delivery of your initial 24-month minimum, the default remedy is a refund proportionate to the undelivered minimum period. This does not limit greater statutory remedies; individual cases remain reviewable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or an offline successor.

Refunds and disputes

You may request a voluntary full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase or access becoming available, whichever is later. There is no gameplay-hours threshold and no deduction for processing fees. Playing does not remove this promise. After this period, faults, misdescription, failure to provide access and other applicable statutory claims remain reviewable.

A request, complaint or provider inquiry does not revoke access. A completed full refund revokes only that purchase’s entitlement; a partial refund does not. Open formal disputes retain gameplay access by default pending resolution. A verified full chargeback finally lost or accepted revokes the affected entitlement. Partial or ambiguous outcomes are reviewed. Separately authorised, logged fraud or abuse restrictions may apply, but never to pressure withdrawal of a complaint.

Refunds must not duplicate reimbursement through an open formal dispute. Account login, receipts, support and data controls remain available independently of gameplay.

Your careers

Careers are preserved during unresolved disputes and for at least 90 days after final loss of all gameplay entitlements. We will notify you before that period expires and provide export/support access. Legitimate repurchase or reinstatement restores access to retained careers. Earlier deletion requests, legal holds and privacy requirements apply separately.
