For a refund request, include your purchase reference and describe the request. A request alone does not remove game access. Voluntary full refunds are available within 14 calendar days of purchase or access activation, whichever is later, with no gameplay-hours limit. Statutory claims remain reviewable afterwards.

If there is an open formal payment dispute, tell us so we can use the provider’s dispute process and avoid duplicate reimbursement.
